This guide covers how to manage your release after it's been created, including how to edit its details, take down a release from streaming services, and delete it from your Distribution dashboard.
Editing a release
- Head over to your Distribution Releases Dashboard
- Click the triple-dot icon next to the release you'd like to edit.
- Select Request Edit.
- Select and update the field you'd like to edit.
- Click Submit, and you're all set. Our distribution team will review your edit request.

Deleting a release
Here's how to delete a release from your Distribution Releases Dashboard.
- Go to Services.
- Go to Distribution > Releases.
- Click the triple-dot icon next to your release title.
- Click Delete to confirm.
- Tap Services.
- Select Distribution > Releases.
- Select the release.
- Tap the triple-dot icon next to your release title.
- Tap Delete to confirm.
Note
Deleting your release removes it from every music streaming platform where it's currently available. To request a takedown from only selected platforms, please submit a request here.
