This policy prohibits the sign-up or use of BandLab by individuals below the applicable minimum age. By default, users must be at least 13 years old to create and maintain a public account. Where local laws require a higher minimum age — such as 16 years old for social media services in Australia or Indonesia — we apply the higher age threshold.

Individuals below the applicable minimum age will not be able to sign up for accounts. In addition, existing accounts will be terminated through our detection and review processes, including user reports of accounts potentially belonging to underaged individuals.

Individuals may submit an appeal if they believe the decision was made in error. They may be asked to provide documentation to verify that they meet the applicable minimum age. If they cannot verify their age, they will not be eligible to use BandLab until they reach the required age.
