Payments FAQs

What payment platforms are available?

You can purchase the BandLab services through the following platforms:

  • Apple App Store for iOS devices (iPhone and iPad)
  • Google Play Store for Android devices
  • Paddle.net for web-based purchases and additional platform options
Why do I see "All existing subscriptions should be inactive" when subscribing?
We don't allow the purchase of a new Membership while you have at least one non-expired subscription. This is to prevent subscription duplicates and double charging, as a subscription may potentially be renewed automatically by Apple/Google.

We recommend updating your payment method or cancelling this Membership. Otherwise, you'll have to wait for up to 60 days until the App Store/Google Play Store marks it as expired or renew it if a payment method is fixed. Here's where you can manage your membership for mobile purchases:

Managing purchases from the Apple App Store
Managing purchases from the Google Play Store

If you are still seeing the notification on the app even after resolving the payment issue, please note that the store may take some time to process it. The notification will disappear once it's processed from the store's end.

How do I change my Payment Method for Mobile purchases?
To change the payment method for an active subscription, you need to cancel your current subscription and wait for it to expire before resubscribing.
