If you're having trouble logging in, can’t remember your account details, or think your account is missing, don't worry. This guide will walk you through the most common issues step-by-step. Follow the flow below to find the best next step for your situation.
"I logged in, but my account looks new or empty"
This usually means you logged into a different account by mistake.
What to do:
- Sign out completely
- Try logging in again using a different email or login method (Google, Apple, Facebook)
- If you still can’t find your old account, contact support with any info you remember (e.g. old username, past email, linked services)
"It says I’m entering the wrong password. How do I log in?"
Try resetting your password here. You’ll need to ensure that you're inserting the email address that's linked to the BandLab account you intend to log in to.
"I didn’t receive the reset email"
- Check your spam or junk folder. If your email inbox is full, free up some space to ensure you receive new emails
- Make sure you entered the correct email. The email might not have been verified when you signed up
Next: Try resetting again or reach out to support to check if there's an email linked to your account.
"I have no idea what email I signed up with"
- Think of emails you might’ve used in the past, even throwaways
- Search your inboxes for welcome emails from us
Still stuck? Contact us and share any usernames, old device info, or anything else that might help us find your account.
"I signed up with Google/Facebook/Apple but don’t remember which one"
- Try logging in with each of those services one by one
- Check your Google/Facebook/Apple account settings to see if they’re connected to our platform
If none of them work, your account might be linked to an email + password combo instead.
"I used Google/Facebook/Apple, but now it’s broken"
Some third-party login methods may have been changed or removed.
What to do:
- Try another login method if you ever linked email/password
- Contact support to help recover access and possibly convert your login method
"I can't get into the email linked to my account"
If you've lost your phone, deleted your email address or lost access to your email address, contact your domain provider directly to recover your email.
- Gmail Users: You can follow Google’s account recovery steps here.
- iPhone & iCloud Users: If you’ve switched or lost your device, you can still access your iCloud account here to access your inbox.
- Apple Private Relay: If you signed up using "Sign in with Apple" and need to find your masked relay email, you can manage that via your Apple ID settings here.
