Law Enforcement Requests

In advocating for justice, BandLab is willing to comply with requests for information by law enforcement agencies, especially if it pertains to the survival of an individual.

However, BandLab reserves the right not to entertain a request and will not release any information related to an account unless required by a valid legal process in the jurisdiction of Singapore. Law enforcement agencies must obtain a subpoena, court order, or other valid legal documents from Singapore's Attorney General's Chambers under the Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters Act or an applicable Mutual Legal Assistance Treaty. If the necessary documents have been obtained, kindly fill out the Law Enforcement Request form and attach the required documents.

We review requests on a case-by-case basis. If the survival of an individual is at risk and it takes too much time to seek assistance from Singaporean judicial authorities, we can make exceptions if we believe it to be a valid concern. Either way, law enforcement representatives must fill out the form and are required to attach any legal documents proving the legitimacy of the investigation and the identity of the law enforcement representative submitting the request.
