Spamming others with repetitive, irrelevant, or unsolicited comments or chats.
Posting duplicate or near-identical comments or chats across multiple accounts.
Excessively following/unfollowing, liking, or editing content to manipulate visibility.
Repeatedly posting, deleting, and re-posting to gain attention or game the platform’s algorithms.
Inauthentic interaction
Buying or selling engagement (likes, plays, followers, reposts), including promoting services or tools for this purpose.
Forcing engagement (like, share, follow) to unlock access to promised content, features, or incentives.
Repeatedly posting false, misleading, or fabricated content to misrepresent oneself or divert traffic.
Inauthentic accounts
Creating or using multiple accounts to manipulate engagement, mislead others, or inflate popularity.
Creating multiple accounts to squat on usernames and sell them.
Spam bots — Creating, using, or promoting automated tools to manipulate engagement, deceive users, or redirect traffic.
Misleading links
Cloaking — Showing a different link on BandLab than the one users actually visit.
Misleading redirects — Changing destination after a user clicks a link.
Malicious landing pages — Sites that mimic legitimate platforms or use deceptive interfaces to trick users into engaging with harmful or unwanted content.
