BandLab strictly prohibits all forms of non-consensual sexual acts, including the sharing of intimate images or videos without consent. This policy exists to protect individual safety, privacy, and dignity.
If we find individuals exploiting BandLab to share, coerce, advocate for, or coordinate non-consensual acts, their accounts will be terminated immediately, in addition to removing the content. In serious cases, we may also report the individual to law enforcement.
Not allowed
- Non-consensual sexual acts, including but not limited to rape, revenge porn, voyeurism, somnophilia, necrophilia, bestiality and other forms of sexual abuse.
- Intimate images or videos that were created or distributed without the subject’s consent, whether real or digitally altered. This also includes instructions for creating, obtaining, or distributing such content.
- Sextortion — Coercing someone into providing sexual content, services, or money under the threat of exposing private information, intimate material, or other harmful content.
Allowed
- Survivors and safety advocates sharing lived experiences or educational content to raise awareness, provided it does not include explicit visuals or descriptions, or share personal data.
