Before you can use Boost Profile, your account must meet these requirements:
- Be a public account
- Have a profile picture
- Have a bio
- Filled out the Genre, Skills, and Inspired By sections
Without meeting these requirements, Boost Profile will automatically stop running, and you'll need to start the campaign again.
How do I start my Boost Profile campaign?
- Head to your profile and tap on
Boost Profile. If your profile is missing any required information, BandLab will show you what needs to be updated.
- Move the slider to set your budget for your Boost campaign. The higher the budget, the more you'll be seen!
- When your profile is ready, tap on Pay and Promote.
- Complete the checkout process, and you're all set!
How do I stop my Boost Profile campaign?
- If you have an active campaign, tap on
Insights from your profile.
- Tap on
Stop Campaign in the middle of the screen. This will end the campaign and stop promoting your profile until you restart the campaign.
How can I restart a Boost Profile campaign?
- If you would like to resume your campaign, tap on
- Tap on
Restart Campaign in the middle of the screen. This will start a new campaign to showcase your profile to new audiences.
