Profile Promote highlights your profile on the Feed and Explore pages for your new audiences. With Profile Promote, your profile stands out, making it easier for potential fans and collaborators to discover your music. This feature requires an app version above v10.80.
Before you can use Profile Promote, your account must meet these requirements:
- Be a public account
- Have a profile picture
- Have a bio
- Filled out the Genre, Skills, and Inspired By sections
Without meeting these requirements, Profile Promote will automatically stop running, and you'll need to start the campaign again.
How do I enable Profile Promote?
- Head to your profile and tap on
Promote.
- If your profile is missing any required information, BandLab will show you what needs to be updated.
- When your profile is ready, tap on
- You'll be redirected to Profile Promote Insights when you're all set.
How do I stop my Profile Promote campaign?
- If you have an active campaign, tap on
Insights from your profile.
- Tap on
Stop Campaign in the middle of the screen. This will end the campaign and stop promoting your profile until you restart the campaign.
How can I restart a Profile Promote campaign?
- If you would like to resume your campaign, tap on
- Tap on
Restart Campaign in the middle of the screen. This will start a new campaign to showcase your profile to new audiences.
