You can import various Audio file formats or MIDI files in the Studio. Check out our supported formats here!
Note
Imported audio files may have a few seconds of silence at the start. This is expected to ensure that the entire file gets imported properly. You can drag the region's start to the original starting point indicated by the faint vertical dotted lines on the region.
- When starting a new project, click the
Import Audio/MIDI button at the bottom of the New Track page.
- Select the Audio or MIDI file you want to import from the file picker.

If you're working on an already existing project, you can simply drag and drop your files into the Studio or click on the Drop a loop or an audio/MIDI/video file button in your composition area.

Choose the directory and select the Audio or MIDI file you want to import from the file picker.

You can also import files from the Create tab by tapping the Import File button under the Track Type section
