Health misinformation
- False or misleading claims about vaccines, medical treatments, or health practices that could discourage people from seeking appropriate medical care.
- Dangerous health advice presented as factual information.
Crisis misinformation
- Sharing outdated or unrelated images, videos, or recordings as though they depict an ongoing crisis or emergency.
- False claims that encourage others to ignore emergency warnings, evacuation orders, or public safety instructions.
- Fabricated information that could cause panic or place people at risk during emergency situations.
