Not allowed
Graphic depictions of suicide or self-harm, including actual attempts, or detailed non-visual descriptions that may be triggering or suggestive. This also includes indirect references, such as images of tools, settings, or behaviors associated with self-harm or disordered eating.
Content that shares explicit plans, instructions, or encouragement for suicide or self-harm, including suicide pacts, notes or challenges.
Content that promotes or normalizes dangerous eating behaviors or extreme body ideals, such as extreme calorie restriction, purging, medication misuse, or glorification of thinness. This includes content that shames individuals based on body size, shape, or appearance.
Content that trivializes or mocks those experiencing mental health challenges, including memes, jokes, or commentary that may perpetuate stigma, discourage help-seeking, or normalize harmful behaviors.
Allowed
Messages of hope and support, including personal recovery stories, as long as they do not mention specific methods of self-harm or suicide, including eating disorders.
Suicide prevention content that raises awareness, identifies warning signs, or provides guidance on how to seek or offer help.
