What can I do if my account has been suspended?

In order to maintain BandLab as a safe environment for all our users, we will suspend accounts that violate our Community Guidelines.  If your BandLab account has been suspended, you’ll receive a notification that informs you when you log in. If you have to think twice about what you post, we suggest that you review the Community Guidelines before posting. Common reasons for suspension include:

Spam

¬ Anyone deemed to be ‘spamming’ BandLab by posting repetitive comments, or repeatedly following and unfollowing the same accounts will be given a warning that could result in the termination of their account

Abuse:

¬ Don’t be a bully: We have zero tolerance for abusive or threatening behaviour within the community. We consider abuse to be any activity where the intent is to harass, attack or demean someone else. Anyone found to be engaging in this type of activity risks the immediate, permanent termination of their account.

If you believe that we have made a mistake in suspending your account, you can appeal by writing back to the suspension email that was sent to you.
