Help, my Tracks are not syncing!

If your tracks are not syncing, please contact us at support@bandlab.com so we can help! Across all platforms, if a song is not synced, there will be a cloud node on it's Tree View. Here’s what it looks like:

Songs with a cloud node on its Tree View are currently stored locally on your device and can be lost if you choose to log out or uninstall the app, so please contact our Support Team first!
