Resetting your password is quick, painless, and easy. Depending on whether or not you’re signed into BandLab, there are two ways to reset your password:
If you’re signed in:
- Click on your profile picture on the top right-hand panel
- Click on Settings
- Click Account
- Enter your Current Password, followed by your New Password, and confirm the new password
- Click Update
If you’re not signed in:
- Visit the Login Page
- Click on Forgot password?
- Enter your email address and click Submit. We’ll send you an email to reset your password
If you’re signed in:
- Go to your Profile Page
- Tap the Gear icon in the top right-hand corner
- Tap Change Password
- Enter your current password, then fill in your new password to confirm
- Tap Save or the Tick icon in the top right-hand corner
If you’re not signed in:
- Open the app
- Tap Log In
- Tap Forgot password?
- Enter your email address and tap Done. We’ll send you an email to reset your password
